Technical information is used only as needed to deliver current and historical reference rates, maintain availability, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, protect infrastructure, manage privacy choices, and show or measure advertising.
7. Retention
Local calculations and preferences remain on the device until the user deletes them, clears the app's data, or uninstalls the app. Service logs are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for security, diagnostics, and legal compliance. External providers apply their own retention periods.
8. Providers and international processing
Infrastructure, data, distribution, and advertising providers may process technical information in different countries. Each provider applies its own terms and safeguards. Tarenor does not sell saved calculations or users' personal information.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, restricted infrastructure access, and data minimization. No Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
Icelandic Krona to Euro Converter is a general-audience economic information tool and is not directed specifically to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children.
